Mr. Tony Wang has accumulated over fifteen years of legal experience in Hong Kong, specializing in securities offerings, corporate finance, corporate reorganization, cross-border mergers and acquisitions, and compliance-related matters. Mr. Wang possesses extensive expertise in Hong Kong and overseas capital markets, particularly in Hong Kong IPOs and compliance governance. He has delivered comprehensive legal services throughout the entire process of Hong Kong IPOs for numerous companies, serving clients across diverse industries, including internet technology, technological innovation, and new energy.

Before joining the firm, Mr. Wang has held positions at the Hong Kong offices of several prominent law firms from the United States and China, including Dewey & LeBoeuf LLP, K&L Gates LLP and Llinks Law Offices LLP.

Admission and education

Mr. Tony Wang is a qualified lawyer in both the People's Republic of China (PRC) and Hong Kong. He  earned his Juris Doctor degree from the Chinese University of Hong Kong.
